Prior to joining Generation Esports, I worked in Education and Mental Health. I saw the issues teenagers are going through first-hand. After several years on the front line of the mental health crisis, I was burned out. I wanted to try and find something that combined my passion for video games with my desire to make a real and lasting change in the way we teach our kids. Competition on Generation Esports and the Gaming Concepts classes create the perfect package. This isn't just something I wish I had in school when I was a kid, but a way we can impact mental health at a systemic level.
